Retreats

Convinced that life is made up of experiences, we have opened this welcoming space to those seeking to nurture their creative expression, experience a gentler pace and share more mindful moments.

Join us in this restorative place, surrounded by nature, for our creative workshops, seasonal menus, movement sessions open to all levels, nature walks and wood-fired sauna sessions — and leave feeling inspired and restored.

listen within to break free

You feel like something needs to change, but you don't know what.
You hold back certain dreams and desires out of fear of the unknown, and of judgment.
What if you allowed yourself a freer, more authentic, more creative life?

Here, we take the time to get clear on what truly matters (career, personal life, place, relationships, creativity), so you can:

  • Identify what's holding you back

  • Awaken your deepest desires

  • Chart your roadmap toward more authenticity

(Please note that the main spoken language during this retreat will be French.)

movement and matter

Ceramics - Yoga - Sauna - Nature
We will be welcoming you on Friday from 5pm with a warm sauna and its outdoor shower to help you gently slide into the weekend - for those who prefer to stay dry, cold drinks with beautiful views of the pond will be awaiting for you to start mingling.

For this retreat, I am delighted to welcome Lucy (founder of Clay & Prana), who will guide us through two ceramic modelling workshops and gentle yoga practices. I will be your host and will take care of all the details of your stay, including accommodation and meals featuring simple, wholesome and seasonal ingredients.
