June 12-14, 2026
movement and matter

Ceramics - Yoga - Sauna - Nature
We will be welcoming you on Friday from 5pm with a warm sauna and its outdoor shower to help you gently slide into the weekend - for those who prefer to stay dry, cold drinks with beautiful views of the pond will be awaiting for you to start mingling.

For this retreat, I am delighted to welcome Lucy (founder of Clay & Prana), who will guide us through two ceramic modelling workshops and gentle yoga practices. I will be your host and will take care of all the details of your stay, including accommodation and meals featuring simple, wholesome and seasonal ingredients.

Yoga

We will practice "vinyasa" yoga in the mornings, and have a "slow flow" yoga session scheduled for Saturday evening - all three sessions will accommodate all experience levels.

Lucy of Clay & Prana
our guide to ceramics & yoga

Lucy is a yoga teacher who blends movement, breath and mindfulness guiding students through a yoga practice that is both grounding and uplifting.

Her journey began when she discovered yoga as a way to reconnect with herself during a period of change and self reflection. That spark grew into a deep passion, leading her all the way to Bali, Indonesia to complete her teacher training. Drawing from her own path of growth and creativity, she’s passionate about guiding her students to reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds and leave them energised and inspired, encouraging them to honor their own unique flow both on and off the mat.

Lucy founded Clay & Prana, combining yoga and ceramics. She began ceramics in London, where she trained on the potter's wheel, before attending the beaux arts school to explore other techniques.

a personal note
from your host

Marie Constance Argüello

This retreat is particularly special as it marks the opening of the doors to this magical place, Le Chant du Champ. I am also welcoming you alongside my sister, Lucy. We both come from the corporate world—we know what it's like to live at full speed, to have full schedules and to keep putting off time for ourselves. A year and a half ago I decided to start living more creatively and with more intention.

This retreat is an invitation to come back to basics. This is my invitation to let go, and to experience this retreat at your own rythm. You will find a balance between moments shared together and time to unwind individually.
